For your safety and well being, our cars are now cleaned thoroughly on a frequent basis. Every car also contains 70+% alcohol hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes for you to use at the start and end of your trip. Please respect the safety and wellbeing of all our members by ensuring these items remain in the car. If you find them missing at the start of your journey, let us know as soon as possible so we can replace them.
In line with Government guidance any member who is showing Covid-19 symptoms, or who lives with someone who has symptoms, must not use our cars.
Advice for Members:
- When you get into the car, please open the windows for a few minutes to circulate fresh air throughout the car
- Please use the wipes and hand-gel provided at the start and end of your journey to wipe down common contact points
- If you are in a high-risk category, consider booking the car for a few hours before you need it to minimise any risk of transmission from the previous user. You might also want to consider taking advantage of the 24-hour day rate
- If you have any concerns please contact the customer service team. With enough notice we can schedule our cleaning rota to ensure that a clean is carried out just before your booking, again minimising the risk of transmission. We can also advise on which cars are being used less, and therefore carry the lowest possible risk.
