Co Bikes competition terms & conditions
- The promoter is Co Bikes Ltd (Registration No. 31432R)
- Registered office is at Co Cars Limited, The Generator Hub, The Gallery, Kings Wharf, The Quay, Exeter, EX2 4AN
- The competition is open to businesses based within the EX1-EX4 postcode.
- The prize is the opportunity to have two Co Bikes at your premises for four weeks, for use by you and your employees only for business travel.
- The winning company will be sent further terms and conditions which must agreed before delivery of the bikes.
- The winning business agrees to take part in a photo with the bikes for publicity purposes.
- At the end of the trial, the winning business agrees to complete a short survey about its experience of using electric bikes. Survey results will be shared with Co Bikes and Devon County Council and may be used in other associated publicity.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize.
- If you are not already a Co Bikes member, a new account will be set up for you.
- To use Co Bikes, you will need to download and register with the nextbike app which is available from the App and Play stores.
- The competition will run from 11 June 2021 – 30 June 2021.
- Trial start date to be agreed in consultation with the winning business and the promoter.
- The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via the social media account in which they entered.
- By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promoter may withdraw the competition at any time without warning or reason.
Security terms & conditions
- When at the Premises, e-bikes must be stored in a secure indoor location with the framelocks engaged
- The Premises confirms that only authorised personnel will be given access to the e-bikes
- When hired by authorised personnel, that individual is responsible for the e-bike at all times during the period of hire
- Personnel must make themselves familiar with the e-bikes and their appropriate use before hire
- If an e-bike is ‘parked’ during a hire, it must be done so in plain sight, without obstructing the highway and with the framelock engaged
- If an e-bike is taken home overnight by authorised personnel, it must be securely stored out of sight of the highway and put into park mode with the framelock engaged
