Important information

  • You will be responsible for collecting and returning your car from our Exeter workshop
  • Cars must be collected and returned during office hours (0900-1700 Monday to Friday)
  • The cars are not connected to any of our charge points so we cannot guarantee they’ll be fully charged when you collect
  • During your hire period, you will be responsible for charging the car and paying for the charging
  • When you return the car, please ensure it is at least quarter charged. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £20 in addition to your hire and mileage costs.

Terms & conditions

  • This offer only available until 14th November inclusive
  • Cars only available to hire for a day or longer
  • £120 rate only available for 3 day bookings
  • Hires can only be booked by direct enquiry, not via our online booking system
  • We will do everything possible to fulfil your request however cars will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so we cannot guarantee availability
  • If availability permits, longer hires may be available on application – contact us to discuss
  • A payment of 50% will be due on confirmation of the booking, with the balance added to your monthly invoice
  • In addition to £50 per day rate or £120 3 day rate, mileage will be charged at 4p per mile
  • Booking deposit refundable if at least 2 weeks notice given, otherwise non-refundable
  • Co Cars reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
