Step 2 – Next steps
Please ask all your members of staff, who require access to our service, to complete our Employee application form. This form requires them to confirm they comply with our Comprehensive Motor Insurance Policy requirements, set out in section 1. It also requires them to provide their personal and driving licence details and confirm they will abide by the Co-cars Terms and Conditions.
- On receipt of the Employee application form and copies of their supporting documentation (driving licence and DVLA licence summary), we will verify they meet our Comprehensive Motor Insurance Policy requirements.
- Within a few days, if all is in order, the staff member will receive a ‘Welcome’ email with information about our service, their PIN number and a copy of our Car User Guide.
- We have ‘How to’ videos available to help you get started, we will send a link to the videos with your welcome email. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
- The staff member will receive their unique Co-cars smart card, with their membership ID number printed on it, at their induction or by post.
